I started chahā because I wanted to share the chai I grew up with here in Switzerland. For me, chai is more than just a drink. It is the comfort of home, the warmth of tradition, and the joy of slowing down. I brew it the way it has always been made in my family, with real spices and patience.

Growing up in Switzerland with Indian roots, I often missed the authentic flavors of chai. What I found in cafés was never quite the same, often too sweet and struggling to find the balance of spices and tea. So I began making my own, and when I shared it with a local coffee shop, the response was overwhelming. Those first batches made me realize there was a place here for the chai I love. 

Now my mission with chahā is to share my chai with as many people as I can, so they too can feel the joys of slowing down in a fast paced world.
